Growing
up in Wonthaggi, Phillip Holland has a solid knowledge of the area, the people
and the businesses. He has worked locally for many years and has gained invaluable
information in all aspects of life. Phillip has an admirable passion for the
town he lives in and only speaks so positively about the people and the future
developments of this town. In 2000 Phillip decided on a career change and joined
PBE Real Estate sales team. Since then he has been involved with listing and
selling real estate in Wonthaggi, Kilcunda and surrounding areas. With this
positive attitude and genuine love of working with people he achieves an outstanding
success rate.
Angela Di Conza has gained valuable knowledge and experience within her 12 years
in the Real Estate Industry. During this time she has been the Property Manager
and, now, on her successful completion of her certificate 1V in Property, she joins
the sales team as a Licensed Estate Agent. Angela has a confident and friendly style,
and together with her honesty and sincerity her continued success is assured within

is the co-founding Director of Palmer Baker and Evans, now trading as PBE Real
Estate Pty Ltd. John is a capenter by trade plus spending 15 years as a dairy
farmer before entering Real Estate in 1969 John now handles all rural properties
for PBE Real Estate branches and has been in the top five rural salesman
in country victoria over many years.
